We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item ONLY. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances

 

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OVER OUR ITEM DESCRIPTION, AS SOME ITEMS CONTAIN NO STRETCH**

 We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings or accessories/bags. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES!

 

BEFORE MAKING A RETURN:

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to us without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

 All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.

 We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.  

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be Email to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING:

To return your product, We will email you the mailing address.

 

WHEN RETURNING:

  • Kindly pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging. Please note that all items must be returned in the original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories).
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
